Δεν μου άρεσε: Toilets aren’t stocked up enough. On 3 occasions me and my partner were caught on the toilet with no toilet paper. I think the implementation of a set cleaning time where the toilets are closed for half and hour would easily solve this issue.

I personally clean and restock the toilets every morning and check and restock as and when necessary, unfortunately when the toilets are busy i cant get into the cubicles to re stock the toilet roll as they are in use, setting a cleaning time doesn't work, we have had designated cleaning times in the past and people still go into them and use them just before the designated cleaning time. When you called me regarding no toilet roll all the other 8 cubicles had a full roll. I would advise checking to see if the toilet has loo roll before using it, to avoid any inconvenience.

You had booked 1 tent pitch but wanted to pitch 3 tents which you are unable to do
I had informed you off this on your arrival.
I am unsure as to how you can say its like staying in your back yard, if we didn't have hedges around the campsite then the wind would be extremely bad.
The rules are in place for everyone's safety, and all details are in our terms and conditions before booking.

The second block needs updating, but is clean. They have a horse, donkey, Alpaca, goats, whcih is a nice touch. Easy to peg tents to the soft ground. The owner's daughter (Rachel?) was nice and gave us tips about the local area.
Δεν μου άρεσε: Charges £10 per day for an extra car, which is excessive and more than other sites I've been to. It's located next to a cattle farm, which is noisy early mornings, We had a large pitch, but the firepit is placed at a location 1/4th of the way in the pitch making it difficult to use when the tent is up- it ends up being too close to the tent. I spoke ot the owner about options and he got defensive about the location, blaming us for not pitching the tent correctly! We have a very large tent and no orientation would have made a difference. I've never had that sort of customer service from any campsite I've ever been to! Found it unwelcoming. I asked him for a solution, and he suggested using a firepit in another pitch. It would've been so much nicer, if he just said that upfront rather than getting defensive about the location of the firepit! That was the only negative interaction that I had with the owners. For the owners: People come there on holiday, so please make them feel welcome and be warm! That will go a long way in getting people to come back. No laundrette and wifi is not good at the pitches.

The young lady (farmers daughter) who dealt with us throughout our stay was so friendly and helpful. She worked so hard, everything from dealing with arrivals to running the small shop, cleaning the facilities and I even saw her helping on the farm too. She was always approachable with any questions and a welcoming smile.
The extra large electric pitch was a generous size but slightly tilted, so made sure to position the beds accordingly. No worse than other places and it is nature - if you want perfectly flat floors, stay in a hotel!Δεν μου άρεσε: Pitching the tent in the rain! (Obviously not down to the site)

Our site has two shower blocks, the amount of showers and toilets on our site is more then enough for the amount of people it holds. All our pitches are the correct distance apart as they comply with licensing laws as well as for fire safety. Our rules are in place to ensure the safety of all our campers, on your arrival you are informed regarding the gate and the times in which it locks.
All the information is provided at the time of booking you are informed regarding your extra car having to stay down at reception, however you hadn't booked in your extra car so we where unaware of this. You had not paid or booked an extra car onto site so i am unsure as to why you are trying to get another car onto our campsite. On the morning you where packing up you had both cars up at the pitch blocking the full road meaning other campers where unable to get past you.
Putting electric sockets in a shower block is not good safety practice. i am unsure as to why you would need more sockets when you had booked an electric hook up.
The fire pits are in the same position on all our pitches, if you had put your tent slightly further back your tent wouldn't have been too close to your fire pit, the fire pits are unmovable due to fire safety.
The pitch you had booked was 5m/5m your tent was too big for the pitch you had booked, hence it being too close to the fire pit. If you had booked a larger pitch you would have had more space.

We had to come over and speak to you regarding the noise as we had several complaints from other campers, the cheering and shouting was heard from the very bottom of our site. Our quiet hours are between 11pm-8am this information is given to you on your arrival. Our campsite was fully booked and you had other campers all around you, the noise was excessive to the point we had to say excuse me over 4 times for someone to be able to hear us outside the tent.
We were polite when asking you to keep the noise down, we have quiet hours for the comfort of all our guests. I understand that you are on holiday but so is everyone else on site, it is simple camping etiquette.
