Μου άρεσε The quiet campsite was nice. Having a firepit and a bench was good.

Δεν μου άρεσε Nothing was open most of the week, no food, drinks, shop etc which was disappointing. Even on the main site there was no staff around so would be handy having someone on site. Was a shame as the site was nice and quiet on the camping but paying extra for a site with services when they arent open is disappointing
Also free wifi only in the main park but advertised as included in our stay

We do, however, feel it's important to clarify a few points, as it's not accurate to say that "nothing was open."

During your stay:

- M Bar was open Thursday from 5:00pm, Friday from 12:00pm, Saturday from 12:00pm, Sunday from 5:00pm and Monday from 5:00pm, serving drinks, hot dogs, pot noodles and cakes.
- Reception was open Friday to Monday.
- Swimming Pool was open daily from 10:00am to 7:00pm.
- Gym was available daily from 6:00am until 10:00pm.
- Games Room was open daily from 9:00am until 9:00pm, or later if the bar was open.
- Laundrette is available 24 hours a day.

While not every facility operates all week, a wide range of amenities were available throughout your stay. We're sorry if these opening times weren't clear before your visit and will look at how we can make this information more visible for future guests.

Μου άρεσε Excellently well kept campsite and everything is spotless including the heated pool, which we loved.

Δεν μου άρεσε Lack of access to a shop as reception was closed each time we went up. Pity the club only opens at the weekend the week we were here.

Μου άρεσε Lovely clean well set up park. Swimming pool is modern and very clean, heated also. Clubhouse is modern and clean, chatty bar staff and lovely residents on site. Will definitely return as we had a great time

Μου άρεσε Had the camping field to ourselves! Was a lovely space to camp. Access to caravan park which had a lovely pool and bar which was reasonably priced. Lovely staff in the bar. The games room for kids kept them entertained. The toilet and shower in the camping field was clean. The showers in the block on site were nice and clean

Μου άρεσε Fantastic site really peaceful swimming pool added bonus in the heat and I’m sure you would enjoy it too if cooler loved having a dip

Μου άρεσε Good size pitches and fairly clean bathroom/toilets. Only two shower cubicles and toilets but most of the pitch’s were occupied by statics caravans or caravans therefore not busy. Good little pub inside with bouncy castle to entertain the children. Good choice of play areas.

Δεν μου άρεσε No kitchen area to wash up used plates and utensils. Pitch’s quiet close to each other therefore felt a little crowded. Went to the reception area to ask for advice but always seems closed.

Μου άρεσε Isn’t far from saundersfoot & Tenby. Or folly farm for the children.

Δεν μου άρεσε Arrived at the site, to no pitch, no picnic table as stated, no firepit. No signal and no WiFi in the tent field as advertised, had to drive out to contact a number and had to leave a voicemail as the reception and line close at 4pm. The owner shortly contacted me back with awful attitude and no apology, stressing it’s “wild camping”. But if you haven’t got enough staff to keep up with your customers then don’t accept the bookings and the £80 we payed, to supply nothing that’s advertised! She advised me she’d come and see me when she’s back in on Sunday to sort the issue and not once did I see her. Another family were left to their own devices also, until someone came and mowed their pitch the next day. Over all a bad experience and TERRIBLE value for money. Also not many activities on site if you want to keep your child busy.

When your concerns were brought to our attention, we responded as quickly as possible, attended the wild camping field to assist and offered a goodwill gesture in an effort to resolve the situation during your stay.

As we are located in rural Pembrokeshire, mobile phone signal and Wi-Fi can be patchy in some areas. This is highlighted on our website and within our booking information so that guests are aware before they arrive.

As a family-run park, we pride ourselves on providing friendly customer service and always encourage guests to contact us if they need assistance so that we can help resolve any issues during their stay.

We are always looking for ways to improve our facilities and services, and we appreciate all constructive feedback from our guests.
