Three Counties Showground Campsite

Μου άρεσε George the warden was great, very helpful and attentive.

Δεν μου άρεσε No toilet brushes in any of the toilets (male & female). I’m 5ft 2, couldn’t use any mirror as could only see from my eyebrows up! The showers were clean but fairly basic, poor spray on the one I used. Nowhere to put your toiletries (except the floor & ended up taking the one plastic chair in to place my stuff on.) The men’s had a bolt on the outer door which was a bit inconvenient. But noisy with the traffic from road too.

Μου άρεσε March, quiet, just us, the wardens and some night-flying helicopters overhead. Wardens great, full of info on paths, places to eat and food deliveries. One and a half hours for leisurely walk to Black Hill. Disused railway path to Malvern Common. Didn't need levellers. Lovely view of the hills.

Δεν μου άρεσε Road noise, but got used to it. It had been raining for weeks, so parked on the tarmac but had to walk through wet grass or muddy path to shower block.

Μου άρεσε easy to find and welcome to the site. Well set out, investment to EHU is evident, and toilets and showers were clean and warm. Road noise isn't too bad, and only light is from the barrier entrance/exit. Not too far from Malvern facilities. There is a board with details of a fish and chip delivery option. We had our dogs with us, and they were able to run around in the secure space

Δεν μου άρεσε Owner has 3 dogs, which sadly are a little loud, barking in the evening and again in the middle of the night and woke us up.

Μου άρεσε Very simple, very easy, convenient for the show on Sunday and the show ground. George the warden was very very nice and welcoming.
Added bonus local fish & chip shop delivers to the camp grounds.

Δεν μου άρεσε It was very quiet / empty feel they could do a better price per night especially with not booking EHU I feel that would draw more people in.
Washrooms a little outdated could do with modernising , if I was busy I think washrooms could be pushed to service every one.

Μου άρεσε Campsite is in a fantastic location. There is a public footpath that takes you into Malvern town centre in about 40 minutes. You also get great views of the hills from the site.
Great access to the showground if this is something you need.
Facilities on site are good

Δεν μου άρεσε If the caretaker is not present when you arrive, it can be a bit confusing to gain access to the site as it is locked behind a barrier.
The ground can be hard in places (although perhaps expected during the later months of the year) which means it can make pitching a tent slightly difficult.

Μου άρεσε The camp site facilities were clean and easily accessible. The available pitch locations were all great with the site being clean and well maintained.

Δεν μου άρεσε We had a few issues checking in, upon arrival to the site we approached the barrier to enter and no one was around to let us in, we ventured out of the car to the near by building and still no one was around, we then went further into the show grounds and spoke to a staff member who informed us that "they weren't sure if camping was on this weekend" so we called the phone number provided and someone came to meet us at the barrier to the campsite.

Μου άρεσε We had a warm welcome when we arrived on site. Had a pick of where to pitch as it’s October and naturally going to be more quiet. The toilet and shower block was basic but was clean. Close to water and electric. Had WiFi which is always good .I would certainly return

Μου άρεσε We liked the spaciousness, the view and that we had a water tap next to us. The toilets and showers were clean.The Elsan point was easy to use.

Δεν μου άρεσε Nowhere to empty grey water. Road noise from 7-21.
