Μου άρεσε Friendly staff and the clubhouse was good.

Δεν μου άρεσε No hot water in the toilet block. I spoke to a member of staff a few times and all he said was it’s out of my hands.
A lady who was on the next pitch to us said it’s an on going problem, she had no hot water in May.

Saturday evening we lost our hot water boiler ( why dose it always happen on the week end ) ! Our Plummer attended but unfortunately could not get the part untill Monday morning . And on Monday the boiler was fixed

Μου άρεσε do enjoy this place, a place we do regularly visit
Clean site
Phill was lovely and site maintenance guy was also very helpful, helped to get tourer on pitch due to it been busy but was no bother to him at all
Kids loved the pool (didn’t want to get out)
Bar also a good price
Genuinely enjoyed the 3 days their apart from a small minor issue with some regulars on site

Δεν μου άρεσε Not much choice on the restaurant menu especially with picky children, found it disappointing that they was charging £10 for frozen pizzas with only 1 option to choose from
(Ordered take out resulting in 2 caravan owners been very rude towards us stating it was pointless them having a restaurant on site when people are bringing food on site yet we already checked to make sure it was fine with phill)

There are not my staff and we give them the kitchen to service our residence and campers

Μου άρεσε Phill is excellent - really friendly and the POD’ s are great value for money .

Lovely site and really close to the river for fishing .

Μου άρεσε Everything was spot on 10 /10 for a small campsite stayed a week and used all facilities pool. Clubhouse etc all great

Μου άρεσε Very friendly staff and locals. We've added 2 nights extra on our stay its been that good. Bar prices very reasonable and the food in the restaurant is very very nice. Indoor pool which the daughter has never been out of! Right on the edge of a river so a nice walk with the dog is easy. Added bonus of jet planes flying over now and then. Phill the owner is very friendly and helpful and will pop around and see you once you have arrived then leave you to get on with it unless you need help then you can easily contact him. Even the Sunderland supporter who runs the bar is a top fella!! 🤣🤣. Thanks so much for welcoming us, we will definitely be back.

Μου άρεσε Location beautiful right by the river with launching for paddle boarding
Lovely pub 5 minutes walk away
Small quieter site but has gym pool and bar (we didn’t use them so can’t comment)
New hard standing pitches with tarmac road well lit
Shower is push button but water was nice and hot
Close proximity to RAF base with low flying jets right above which is why we chose here
Park manager drove round to introduce himself and say hello on our first evening

Drinking water tap needs attention it’s hanging off not signed and hidden behind a plot
Washup area is a wonky sink at the side of the toilet/shower block saw review about this from June and also saw site reply saying a 6 foot surround was been put up around it that week but that’s still not happened
Waste area not great its a portaloo attached over waste pipe (that’s not the problem not a lot u can do to fancy that up it does the job ) but it’s round the back of the toilet/shower block with no signage (only found it as went searching ) but there’s dirt and debris surrounding it like it’s a dumping ground
Some Taps in toilet shower block are the wrong way around, hot (red) tap is cold and cold (blue) tap is hot
Broken shower screen , broken door handles ,and locks (unfortunately some people have no respect for anything) not the sites fault but as they obviously get cleaned because never had a problem with the cleanliness then maintenance should also be done

Your totally correct about a few things and as we so bussy our clearness and manitnance team are flat out

The waste area is working progress with a brand new flushing disposable unit cost over 1000 pounds
It's not. Porta loo as you discribed lol

Soon it will be enclosed and new paving

We just had new plumbing done to the shower block so I will bring the wrong taps to team

We are such a small family run site
We do not have a reception

But you will of been treated by my self or one of my team shown to your pitch or camping pod

There are 5 drinking water points and yes they should have better signage

But I see on the individual making you have marked most 10 out of 10 with one 7

We so happy for this

But the overall rating you give us a 6
Witch is the 3rd lowest review we had this year .
Is this correct

Review marking affects our standing with in pitch up and my teams bonuses

I understand when we have not got it right and we will asked

So happy you had loverly time and see you a again very soon

Yes the drain was blocked this morning for about 20muinets after it was bought to our attention and it was sorted .

I sorry your comments about not value for money is ridiculous

30 pounds a night in high season.

Darts

And some of the best river fishing in Lincolnshire

Μου άρεσε Pod was great xx just ever thing you needed and a bit more. Boss man really nice and was all round good chap. Bar good .pool looked clean but didn't use as to cold for us .easy going camp site.

Δεν μου άρεσε Shower just a bit to hot and had to press button every 5 seconds .but small price to pay for the up side.
