Toilets were so clean and warm(lovely after a chilly night in a tent)
Plenty of space between each of the pitches which was great.
Restaurant food was really good, we had the breakfast deal and little one had the pancakes which she loved.
Plenty to do, and lots of activities available.
Staff were really lovely and couldn’t do anymore for you, always cheery and welcoming.

Was a little confusing with there being 2 separate entrances to each of the villages, I wasn’t aware so we were unsure which to go to when checking in (I hadn’t looked into it too much)

Unfortunately lots of dogs barking at all hours at each other but cannot be helped obviously.

Was under tree's on our pitch everything covered including the car in bird muck

Pitch size was spot on, heated outdoor pool was fantastic! Toilets and showers were spot on, staff were faultless.

Our potty mouthed night owl noisy neighbors.

Enjoyed our stay, was close to the entertainment and swimming pool.

Since our previous visit a few years ago, I had noticed how the site was not as good as before, ie the upkeep of the site, POTHOLES, staff shortages

Very good facilities,staff very friendly and helpful with plenty of places to walk the dogs around and within the site itself.

No shop on site but only a short walk away

It was a basic site with all you needed. Short walk to amenities etc.

Hand dryers in toilet block didnt work, they were waiting on an electrician to come and look at them. Although we were there for 3 days and they were not fixed by time we left.

The toilets and kitchen are okay. There is some entertainment on-site, but it comes at an extra cost.

I booked two pitches and requested to have them next to each other. When I arrived, I was surprised to find that the pitches were not adjacent, and I was informed that they could not be moved next to each other. After some arguments, they changed my pitches for an admin fee of £15 per pitch, totaling £30. This is outrageous. If I am booking two pitches, I expect them to be next to each other.

The access road in the campsite has large craters, and you need to drive carefully to avoid them. Additionally, most of the pitches have dead grass and uneven surfaces, which might be okay for caravans but not for tents. The staff are unfriendly as well. For me, this is definitely not a place I will be visiting again.
