Syntes om Onsite made ice cream and untreated milk is to die for. Pitches are of a good size although grass pitches are very uneven and lots of leveling required. Site is well located for Bakewell, Buxton and Monyash. Great food served in the Royal Oak at Hurdlow just over half a mile away. It's interesting to watch the cows milk themselves in the walk in machine. Great site and as this is the second time we've stayed here we will be back again I'm sure

Syntes ikke om Only one water tap. Grey and black waste required you to lift a man-hole cover which is large and quite heavy. This needs to improve if nothing else changes. When the ice cream shop is open at busy weekend then camp-site seems to become an overflow car park despite plenty of other parking available. This seems to be due to a lack of consideration from customers and poor signage on behalf of the dairy. Parking and camping area are not managed as such.

Syntes om Location was perfect as it was local to a lot of old friends. Toilet and shower blocks were lovely and clean and staff supper friendly and helpful. Bus stops on site for easy access to London although we didn’t use the bus. Nice walks locally with high beech 4 miles up the road.

Syntes ikke om We were pitched next to friends so pitch spacing wasn’t a problem. If I had to find something to comment on I’d say the pitches could have been about a meter more apart
