Syntes om No running water, no flushing toilet, one portaloo which on arrival was tipped over. No toilet paper, no Elsa’s point. No email to share entry procedures, got there gates look locked spent an hour trying to contact owners, eventually they come back to me and the gates are no actually locked but appear to be £25.00 for one night is far too much.

Fra bestyreren: Thank you for your review. Sorry to here you had some issues . There was a severe storm during the night and unfortunately the portaloo blew over. As soon as we realised we put it back in position. Some toilet roll blew out also, but there was some toilet roll left. The gates were open and when we received your telephone call we instructed you what to do. It does state on our advertising that we are pop up campsite, if we had all of the facilities you are referring to it would cost a lot more than £25 per night! We always respond to calls and emails asap. Kind Regards

Syntes ikke om Rules everywhere, signs saying if you break the rules you will be asked to leave, no cycles in the park, kids can't play outside their own caravan need to play in the designated areas. Extra charges for rubbish if you throw anything away that's not "household" waste.

Fra bestyreren: Yet again another bad review from a customer who has not had their own way. The reason we got this review was because I asked them to put out the fire at the side of their motorhome, as we do not allow fires on the park for the safety of all concerned. As for the showers, there are four of them, and according to the Welsh Tourist Board and the AA, who grade us every year, that is enough for 120 pitches. The conditions of the park are there for everybody to have a good safe time and are what you would expect on any good park. If people on the park want to cause damage or allow their dog to foul the park then they would be asked to leave. Children are allowed to play outside their caravans, but ball games must be played in the designated area. No body has ever been charged in the 11 years that I have been here for leaving rubbish although If people want to leave chairs, televisions, tents etc they should take them to the local tip as we are a caravan park and not a tip. All campers and caravaners are welcome here to have a safe and enjoyable stay. Every now and again you get somebody who wants to push at the boundaries, we will not tolerate this in any way what so ever. I have found that if you ask a caravaner or camper to keep down the noise or put dogs on a lead or put out fires your are leaving yourself wide open to get a bad review, but if you don't do these things you will get bad reviews anyway that are honest, unlike this one.
