Syntes om Location and facilities were clean and usable if a little outdated. Plenty of space.

Syntes ikke om Campsite as a whole is just a bit scruffy. Abandoned caravans in various parts of the site and a dirty big RV with engine parts laying around at the entrance lets the site down hugely. Also it felt a bit prison like as the gate was chained shut and you had to call the warden to escape.

Syntes om Nice spacious site with plenty of well maintained facilities. Nice cafe and farm shop. Easy access to New Quay or Aberaeron via the bus that stops on site. Staff were all very friendly and accomodating and the pitch fees were very reasonable.

Syntes ikke om No big issue but the check-in process could be made clearer as we had a bit of hassle checking in as we couldn't find the reception as its not very well signposed.

Syntes om Site is well maintained with good facilities and is easily accessed. Staff were friendly on arrival.

Syntes ikke om Pub is advertised as "walkable" which really is not the case as you'll need to walk along the verge of the busy A44 for well over 30 minutes. A bit isolated in regards good walks as the public right of ways are not easy to find. Also was advertised as a forest site. It's nowhere near a forest!!

Fra bestyreren: Thanks for your booking and review, sorry to hear our site wasn’t for you but great to see you’d recommend us to friends and you liked our facilities, accessibility and how well maintained our site was. The public rights of way pass directly through our grounds in both directions extremely easy to find offering miles of walks in both directions with amazing views from the top of the llandegley rocks. Our local pub The Seven Arms is .9 mile from site averaging 10-20 minute walk but does depend on your walking ability, we regularly offer lifts to and from the pub especially this time of year with darker miserable evenings! Many of our guests take the longer route round the back lanes in the summer offering more walks and views! I’ve not been able to find where we are advertised as a “forest site”, forestry’s are listed under near by attractions as we have the vast Radnor forest at 2.5 miles from site along with the stunning water break its neck waterfall both offering mile upon mile of woodland walks along with fish pools forestry and warren woods.

Syntes om Great location and only a stones throw from Longleat where we were visiting. Very laid back site, just roll up and pitch where you want (unless you need hook-up and there are designated pitches) and the owner and staff couldn't be more helpful and friendly. Cider house is immense, slowly worked my way through the local ciders (beware some of it is rocket fuel!) We were there for curry night and the place was packed with locals which is a good sign. The campsite is quite basic but clean - there looks to be a fair bit of improvement going on (new shower block being built etc). Would definitely stay here again.

Syntes om Can't fault it. Rolled up and pitched up no issues. Pub and staff were very welcoming. Food was great and reasonably priced. Good facilities for campervans & motorhomes (hookup, toilets, waste disposal and showers) Not much noise given it was a Saturday night and we were at the back of the pub. Lovely surrounding areas for walking the dogs in the morning too. Will definitely stay again when heading to the South East from Scotland!.
