Syntes ikke om The weather had been wet for weeks and they clearly had not had an opportunity to cut the grass. The earth was so boggy that we had to pitch on the camp road. The local town was a bit of a non-event. Only 2 restaurants open, one of which is reputed to be a Michelin star. Toilet facilities basic. Good river view though.

Syntes om Everything! Facilities are excellent throughout. Staff great. Short walk to village centre with bars and restaurants. Highly recommend and we will use again

Syntes om Nice views. Decent size pitch which we could park side on for the views. Clean toilets and showers. Lovely staff. Good bus service into SS.

Syntes ikke om Route up to the campsite. Garmin sent us up the wrong side. Make sure you approach from the City. Very narrow windy road otherwise. Great views though but OH still recovering!

Syntes om Good facilities and short bike ride to the beach or town. Plots are divided by low hedges which gives some privacy.

Syntes ikke om Toilet block was cold - no heating evident. We were out of season but this site is open all year so should have heating. Showers are very powerful but result in clothes getting a bit wet. WiFi kept dropping out.

Syntes om Size of pitch. Very quiet off season. Staff are English and helpful.

Syntes ikke om WiFi did not work. Shower and toilet facilities are just adequate - lights are solar powered but did not seem to work. Gate for exit did not work easily- the code didn’t work which was frustrating when you’re ready to go and want to be on the road.

Fra bestyreren: Thank you for your review. I regret that some aspects of our campsite did not meet your expectations. We did explain than Wifi is not available through Apple devices due to an incompatibility with SFR, our service provider. Site lights are mains-powered at peak times with solar as a back up throughout the hours of darkness. However, we do ask customers to let us know if lights in the shower block do not come on. I believe the problem you encountered at the exit barrier was due to your vehicle being stopped short of the barrier. Our system, including a keypad code and magnetic vehicle sensor, is used to increase site security and peace of mind for our guests.
