Syntes om Lovely location, having some nice clean toilets available was great! The little pitches are mown out so you just choose a spot and pitch up and there’s plenty of room between you and a neighbour so you’re not uncomfortably close to someone else. Gentleman owner came out and greeted each individual camper and had a little chat which was lovely. We didn’t use it but there is a washing up area which I’m sure is very useful to others. It is very quiet and peaceful, no traffic or public transport noise which was perfect for our one night stopover to break up a long trip home.

Syntes ikke om It’s nothing they can change but I had absolutely no signal coming through the village and onto the site, so if you’re hoping to watch a few movies whilst you relax, remember to download them in advance 😅

Syntes om Beautiful views, nice village, straight off the motorway so absolute perfect for us for a one night stopover to break up a long trip. Gentlemen owner was very friendly and easy going. Electric hookup available with fresh water tap directly next to it so not having to walk across the field to get to the water like some others was convenient.

Syntes ikke om I read reviews previously about the noise from the motorway and was a tad worried as we were in a tent but i didn’t think it was actually that bad. The train track is quite close though which was a bit nosier up until the trains stopped running but not an issue for us on this occasion.
