Syntes om This small, peaceful campsite was perfect for me as a solo camper. It had everything I needed for my two night stay. Facilities and the site are very clean and organised. The owners Brian and Caroline were fantastic, Brian was really helpful with tips on places to visit and where to get provisions. It was soo peaceful, I haven’t slept that well for ages. The site is literally a 2 minute walk from the lake. Some really good walks of differing mileage and terrain possible from the site. The added beauty of this site is there is no light pollution so on a cloudless night and you can see so many stars and constellations. It is stunning. Would highly recommend.
