Syntes ikke om Poor road condition, especially when trying to tow a caravan on to site

Fra bestyreren: Thank you for you review, we always appreciate the time it takes guests to do one. Although i don't agree with what you have put we all have our differences. You have marked us down for location, but you can clearly see on google maps etc where we are, facilities, we have what we have, we are a small site with, toilets, showers, washup area, fridge, elsan and grey waste point and wash out area also a children's play area, walks and a little honesty shop, I would love to know what else you were expecting? Cleanliness, well I don't know where to start if you look at every other review on here my cleanliness is almost always 5 star, I never have complaints about that. i do apologise that one of the hand soaps was nearly empty and i got it filled up straight away and refilled the toilet rolls even though there was a cupboard full and you said there was none. ( you made this complaint and you hadn't even been on site 5 minutes) And unfortunately we don't offer wifi. To be honest you were so rude to me when you arrived that I nearly asked you to leave, but I was pleasant and helpful as I am to all my guests which everyone loves, as I have again 5 starts for customer service, gave you directions on how to get to your grandsons graduation and where to eat in the area when asked. I knew this review was coming. This campsite is obviously not for you and to be honest you wouldn't be welcomed back, I do however feel sorry for the next campsite that you visit. Luckily 99% of our guests are lovely! and we welcome them back with open arms! Have a lovely rest of your summer and I do hope you enjoyed your grandsons graduation.
