Syntes om Lovely, informal feeling, campsite. Pitched for one night in the woodland bit with plenty of shade. Friendly greeting. Nice and close to nottingham but definitely countryside - saw hares…. There looks to be good facilities at the top of the site and I can imagine it’s nice and buzzy when it’s busy, but I went midweek and I loved the quiet and simplicity of the woodland pitches.
