Syntes om We loved how peaceful it was at Noteworthy. Hosts were absolutely lovely and accommodating - even provided some blankets after a chilly first night. Beautiful surroundings. Everything you need (toilets, showers) and lots of things you might want (a play park, ice pack freezing, washing facilities & a cafe!) for an absolute bargain. Showers were excellent - free to use, powerful & no issues with hot water. Not spotless, but as clean as you’d expect for a no-frills sort of vibe. Great for kids - lots of space to run around, big climbing frame & swings, chilled vibe that doesn’t feel like you’d need to shush them if they were having fun! 10x10 metre pitches which makes it feel really private and spacious (although we were the only tent campers for our stay!). Picnic bench with every pitch is a lovely touch. 10 minute drive to Bude with gorgeous beaches & shops etc. so you feel like you’re in the middle of nowhere but with access to everything you need.

Syntes ikke om If you’re a tent camper then there is absolutely no shade on the pitches - unfortunately we were there during a heatwave so that made it slightly uncomfortable at times, but that’s not a slight on the site, more on the weather! Also the site is on a main road so if you’re looking for complete absence of road noise then it might not be ideal. Didn’t bother us though!
