Syntes om Excellent value for money. Great small site with friendly goats and chickens (and owners!). Nice small toilet block and washing facilities. 5min walk to really nice pub, and short drive from both Canterbury and coast for sightseeing.

Syntes om Fantastic campsite. Great location, tonnes of space, beautiful site, brilliant facilities. Cracking pub a 15min walk away by the river. Short drive to lots of interesting things. One of the best sites we've been at for a while.

Syntes om Lovely campsite. Firepits and wood for hire. Section we stayed in was super quiet all night (other side of field perhaps not as lucky though as a few big groups of young people set up there). Cracking pubs a short walk away. Beach a 5min drive. Field a bit slopey but even on a really busy weekend we still found a big flat patch for two tents quite late on the Saturday. Second time here and enjoyed both stays. Would happily come back.

Syntes ikke om A couple of stars off for condition of toilets and showers. Appreciate that it was a very busy bank holiday weekend and so we expected it might be a bit chaotic, but if you're going to accept that many bookings you really need to check your facilities more often. All toilets completely out of toilet roll by 7pm on the Saturday night, very little soap available throughout the stay, and overall cleanliness not great at any point.

Whilst we anticipated higher demand over the Bank Holiday period, you are absolutely right that maintaining clean, well-stocked toilets and showers remains our responsibility regardless of how busy the site becomes. We're sorry that the toilet roll and soap supplies were not replenished quickly enough and that the overall cleanliness of the facilities did not meet the standards you expected. Following feedback from several guests over that weekend, we have reviewed our cleaning and restocking procedures to ensure more frequent checks are carried out during peak periods. Syntes om Great place. Lovely scenery, peaceful setting, lots of nice little touches with small kitchen on site, nice toilets, etc. Cracking pub a 5-10min walk away through the woods. Look forward to visiting again.

Syntes ikke om Big slopey field so might be tricky to get a level pitch if busy but nice and quiet when we visited so no problem at all.
