Syntes om The site is big with good facilities including toilets, washbasins, excellent free showers, phone charging points, washing-up facilities and fresh water supplies, all located in the middle of the site. Firepits with logs, kindling and paper are available for a very reasonable £10 and there are numerous gravelled circled areas around the site where the pits can be sited. The site is one very large field split into family and adult areas. The pitches are available around the edge of the fields with the central areas for children's play etc. It is enormous so there is no chance of overcrowding. The owners are friendly and very helpful. They provide maps for nearby places such as sops, pubs and recreational / tourist facilities

Syntes ikke om Some of the pitches are on a slope so depending where you are put you may have to cope with some gentle slopes. There is no shop on site so make sure you have food and general provisions before arriving. It should also be noted that phone reception can be very poor depending which network you are on. EE seems to be OK but Vodafone reception is non-existent. There is no wifi but this is to be expected as this is a campsite.
