We’re very sorry that the toilet and shower facilities were not up to our usual standard during your stay, particularly that toilet roll had run out. Had we been made aware at the time, we would of course have rectified this immediately. We do encourage campers to let us know of any issues at the time so we can act straight away. We have taken your comments on board and will be increasing checks during busy periods. We are disappointed that this resulted in an overall score of 3/10, but appreciate the feedback and will use it to improve.
