Syntes om The host was welcoming, and even provided us with a booklet giving information about the site, area, shops, pubs and walks nearby. The facilities are limited but spotlessly clean and for a small site totally adequate. There are no shower facilities which is made clear on pitch up when booking, so expectations are well managed. There is a wonderful small aviation museum literally across the path, with friendly and informative staff. It is free and well worth an hour or so of your time to learn a bit more about the nearby RAF base. I would highly recommend this site if you are looking for a quiet and small friendly site.
