Syntes om The bathroom pods are AMAZING! They are the very best bathroom facilities we have ever come across on a campsite. The site it self is just lovely. A lush green central area with the sites located around it. Slate shale parking areas with grass areas around and beautiful Welsh rolling hills and valleys around. Hosts were fab with gorgeous fresh baked cakes on arrival. Grey and black disposal on site. Just lovely and it's right by the canal and a lovely ten minute walk into the centre if town.

Syntes ikke om Nothing really. The site is on a slight hill so you might need leveling blocks but we didn't use them. Not a criticism but a washing/ drying machine would make a welcome addition

Syntes ikke om Long way from town so expensive taxi to tarifa and back. Loads of teenage kids on a school trip making loads of noise and laying siege to the bar area.

Regarding the distance from Tarifa town centre, Camping Paloma is located in a privileged natural setting, next to the Los Alcornocales Natural Park and close to Valdevaqueros beach, so naturally we are outside the town centre. We are sorry that the noise from a group of young guests affected your experience. We always try to ensure that everyone respects the campsite rules and the comfort of other guests. Syntes om The sheer scale of the facilities. 30 dirty washing plate sinks. Too many showers sinks and toilets to count. Level pitches and good grey and black water facilities. Large pool.areas with ice grassy areas. Small shop and bar for the camping area. Even when the site started to full up it was still empty.

Syntes ikke om Big big site and even though there were some trees still felt a bit desolate to me. The facilities were all showing there age and it was all getting a bit tired for me. Well looked after and everything worked but for me four stars means it should have been upgraded in the last ten, twenty years. A lot of the tops the chrome had worn off they were that old. Bought croissants in the morning from the bar shop and they were stale. Definitely not fresh.

Syntes om Everything. I.think.if.you had a wish list of everything you wanted in a campsite this would be it. Level pitch. Hot water to the washing up area. Electric to site. Separate covered seating area with bench table. Jet wash and hoover for cleaning van FOC. Microwave and toaster on site. Fab bar area and fab pizza delivered

Syntes ikke om Being very picky here. Gravel was hard on bare feet under tarpaulin. Grass would have been softer. Site was just wide enough to.acxomadate 2.35 m wide motorhome and fully extended awning.

Syntes om Friendly staff. Level pitch. Clean water and grey waste on pitch. Bread van about 12 noon. Proximity to beach and the beach. Fabulous white sand and combed. Not busy mid week. And the sea was warm for the Atlantic.. Size of pitch. Very quiet in the morning. Boho easy relaxed vibe to the site.

Syntes ikke om Facilities are old and could do with renovating although well maintained. There weren't enough toilets so overuse led to not being the cleanest. No hot water for wah up. We didn't use the showers because we were told the hot water could be in predictable. Lots of noisy children at nursery ght past midnight and we were warned that the bar disco might go on into the night. Luckily we weren't there for a weekend and it didn't. Lots of permanent Spanish camp set ups for the season probably because of the grey water and fresh water to each site but everyone was friendly. Noise from.the youth sailing school summer camp down the road.

Syntes om The location was fab. Not busy even though it was peak season. River with a beach and nice bar/restaurant overlooking the river. 11am the local bread van turned up. Service in the bar cafeteria was slow but hey your on holiday. Facilities are all clean and functional.
