However, we were surprised by your comment regarding the welcome. While Kristin was taking the time to provide you with information to help you enjoy your stay, you reached behind the reception desk and picked up a document before it had been handed to you. When Kristin explained that this was not appropriate, you apologised, which we appreciated. We always strive to welcome our guests with kindness and respect, and we believe that mutual respect is essential for everyone to fully enjoy their stay.
