Areal til telt med græs uden elektricitet
Syntes om Lovely relaxed campsite surrounding a no-dig veggie and flower plot, with lots of space per tent. Fresh eggs, veg, bread etc for sale at the campsite. Loved the fact there was a under cover cooking station, which was a life saver on a wet bank holiday. Footpaths leading directly from the site. Beautiful village with a very cozy community -run pub, and a Roman villa site nearby.
Syntes ikke om The toilets and cook station were illuminated by solar power - which is great but unfortunately it was almost too dark to see before they came on. This is a very trivial complaint though and would not stop me visiting again.

Areal til telt eller til trailer-telt med græs og grus uden elektricitet
Syntes om Basic site, lovely location, friendly and hard working land lady, good ale and pub food on the doorstep. Nice flat soft ground for pitching and the other campers were well behaved types.
Syntes ikke om The single toilet was sometimes inconvenient and the grass was left to grow quite long.

Fra bestyreren: Thank you for your review, and you looked like you had a good time.. I agree one toilet can be inconvenient, more were meant to be installed this year, but due circumstances outside my control this didn't happen. Albeit even if we had a new toilet , due to guidelines, I would have had to restrict access to them the same as I have done in the pub. When the site is busier I do get a porta loo in and leave the access to the gents in the pub 24/7 . Hopefully next year things will be back to normal! and you will visit again.

Areal med græs med valgfri elektricitet
Syntes om Just back from 7 days camping at Les Deux Vallees. Very well run campsite with helpful owners. What we liked: great location in the Dordogne hotspot - Sarlat, the river and several spectacular chateaux within a few kilometres. The pitches were fairly spacious, most had shade and none were too far from the ablution blocks. Nice level ground and easy to get pegs in. The pool was heated and very clean, as were the toilet blocks, we never had to queue for showers / toilets even though the campsite was full. Bread, croissants etc arrived daily. About 90% of the campers were Dutch with a few English and occasional Spanish. The owners have a strong environmental policy of recycling, energy conservation etc which seemed to be respected by all. Free half hour of wifi per day which went down well with me - meant the kids could stay connected but then were happy to abandon their devices and do something else.
Syntes ikke om Not a lot really - the pool was extremely popular and restricted to the hours of 10.15 - 19.15; I had fondly thought I might be able to swim some lengths as it is a good size but no chance of that. The campsite shop and the attached restaurant were a bit dear but I understand they have have to make money in a limited season.
