Syntes om A truly peaceful and scenic retreat in the heart of the Ceredigion countryside, just a short drive from Aberystwyth, Devils Bridge and many more. The spacious hut is a good size for small families or small groups, with comfortable sleeping arrangements including a king-size bed and a bunk for 2 children. We took our dog too! The hut was well-equipped with a kitchenet, ensuite bathroom (inc a spacious shower) and cozy seating area, in front of a log burner. Wow it got warm quickly. Loved it. Kept warm all night even in a rainstorm. Our kids can enjoy the private garden and watch local wildlife like plenty of sheep, lots of morning birds and we saw one rabbit (sure there were more). At night it was pitch black outside.. (bring a torch). We didn’t use the outside jacuzzi, but it could easily fit 4x in. The nearby village of Llanfihangel-y-Creuddyn offers charming dog walks, a historic church, and a welcoming pub (food was good), only wish we had more time to explore! Overall, nicely decorated, very comfortable, peaceful, and tranquil. A great little getaway in beautiful Wales.
