Syntes om What a fabulous place to stay (my favourite of all accommodations during our C2C trek across northern England). The hut was very comfortable (including bed, which was large enough for 2), with many windows that opened for airflow and all the windows had coverings so that we could sleep. It was next to a lamb enclosure, which added to the enjoyment of our stay. We could watch the horse across the way, listen and watch the large variety of birds, and had a full bathroom next door. The basket breakfast was substantial and wonderful. The hut was in an enclosed space for max privacy and the views were just beautiful. We were also able to purchase a couple of baked delights from the Tea Garden across the lane just prior to closing, that we enjoyed with coffee to close out a long day of walking. Paradise!
