Syntes om Very spacious pitches, you could choose your pitch. Very friendly and helpful owner ( smithy) The toilets (portaloos) were very clean and tidy. Only a 5 minute walk into Tideswell centre. Gorgeous views from the pitch.

Syntes om Such a peaceful site with everything you need. Clean toilet block and showers. Lovely little touch with the food van. Very convenient not too far from the motorway. So many lovely places to visit from the site too. We highly recommend and will get returning.

Syntes om Amazing views from the campsite looking over Ullswater. Sophie ( owner ) friendly and helpful. Basic facilities but worth it for the views. We loved that there was no restriction on arrival or leaving times. ( Never seen that before! ) It would be perfect if the description states being respectful of noise levels after maybe 10/11pm . It needs to be stated as kept awake by rowdy lads in tent second night. We do recommend this site and will visit again.
