Syntes om East Fleet Camping Site is an excellent place to stay — clean, well‑kept, and run by great staff. The whole site feels welcoming and really well looked after, making it a brilliant base for exploring the area. The location is perfect for visiting Weymouth, Portland, Durdle Door, Lulworth Cove, Lyme Regis and the rest of the Jurassic Coast. Everything is within easy reach, whether you want beaches, walks, or days out. A fantastic campsite in a stunning location — highly recommended.

Syntes om Really nice site. Lovely friendly welcome. Great size pitches. Clean, lovely hot showers. Only a few miles from Stroud which is well worth a visit.

Syntes om We returned to this site for the weekend of February 14th and, as always, the grounds were well maintained. The facilities are great, the bar is cozy, and the pizzas were amazing.

Syntes ikke om We had a disappointing experience upon arrival. We were greeted by a young man (not one of the owners) who told me he would 'pretend he didn't see the dog.' When I asked what he meant, he insisted I hadn't paid for a pet. Even after I told him I had. Once through the barrier, I double-checked my Pitchup reservation which confirmed that I had indeed paid for the dog in advance. Being made to feel dishonest was an uncomfortable start, but aside from that Wayside remains a fantastic site and I would highly recommend.

Syntes om We stayed over Christmas. The site was clean and well maintained. Really lovely owners, the on-site bar was perfect with a lovely log burner and games room. The Kanagroo Inn is a short stroll and a short drive to the Long Mynd.

Syntes om Perfect site. Showers and toilets were immaculate. Beautiful cheddar just a 5 minute drive. Tom the manager was brilliant. Would definitely go back.
