Syntes om Little touches around the campsite, location was brilliant

Syntes ikke om Cleanliness - shower was disgusting don’t think it had been cleaned for a while. The water wouldn’t go down as there was too much hair and grime. The only reason I gave 2 stars for customer service is the fact I didn’t see any one as the office wasn’t open and seemed to shut early

Fra bestyreren: Hello. I'm really pleased you enjoyed your time with us. I'm sorry you found the shower in a bad state. Our facilities are cleaned 3 times a day but with it being such a hot weekend and a full campsite we ended up with sand blocking some of the shower traps as most guests spent the days on the beach. As soon as this was brought to our attention we sorted it out. We have a small team at Creekside but someone is always around on site during the day. The reception is open for a couple of hours at lunchtime and then we are on site operating the catering facility, cleaning, watering plants etc & so there is a number to call on reception in the event of campers having queries. Hope to welcome you to Anderby again someday
