Syntes ikke om We booked two months in advance and confirmed directly with the campsite twice that our group would be placed together. Upon arrival, we found our group had been split across 4 separate areas and 2 different fields. When we raised this, the manager was hostile and defensive, kept changing their explanation (especially after denying certain conversations but we were able to show the email chain), and eventually told us "if you're not happy, you can leave." It was a stressful and upsetting start to our holiday and a very unprofessional way to deal with a mistake on their end. Our only realistic option was to squeeze our tents onto 2 of the pitches so we could actually camp together. Sadly, management refused to offer any refund or compensation for the extra pitches we were unable to use. I really a very stressful experience and we were upset with how we were treated as customers.
