Tilføj oplysninger om din virksomhedTake a step back in time and embrace the vintage vibes at La Pangée Roulottes, where a couple of colourful gypsy caravans have been parked up in cool shaded spots on the edge of a small forest in the Gironde countryside.
These accommodations are packed with character and lovely little details, including embroidered drapes and vases of fresh flowers, and they’re in a fabulous location for soaking up the fresh air and peace of the woodland setting. They’re part of a 12-acre ecological farm, where owners Ralf and Marie are happy to chat to you about their approach to biodynamic farming and gardening, or give you tips on their favourite places to go nearby.
These caravans have a really cosy atmosphere that makes for a lovely romantic break with your other half, a nice catch-up with friends or a memorable family trip. Mixed in with the classic decor are plenty of modern touches too – you'll have a small kitchen area with microwave, fridge, kettle and coffee maker, and there's heating to keep everything nice and warm.
If the weather's kind, you'll probably want to spend a fair amount of time outdoors – and to make that even more enticing, you'll have outdoor furniture and a hot tub to relax in. Shared bathroom facilities are a short walk from the caravans. The riverside town of Bourg is about five minutes’ drive away for shops and places to eat.

Lokale seværdigheder
The city of Bordeaux is 40 minutes’ drive away, and it's a place that's well known for its food and wine. If you’d like to learn more about the latter, start at La Cité du Vin, a comprehensive modern museum full of multimedia exhibits about the history and production of wine. After that, head out to visit some local wineries, either around the city or over in the Médoc Regional Natural Park (50 minutes' drive).
Bordeaux also has lots of historic sights to see – including the Grosse Cloche and the Basilica of St-Michel – and there are plenty more heritage attractions closer to the site too. Nearby Bourg (five minutes) has a château and some lovely Romanesque houses, while Blaye (20 minutes) is famed for its UNESCO-listed 17th-century citadel.
If the kids aren’t taken with all this history, try them instead on the colourful play areas at Z'oulous Aventure or let them try out various watersports at Castor Wake Park (both 15 minutes).
