Syntes om Friendly staff. A good wide flat grass pitch with electricity. Easy access to the beach and town with a 10 to 15 minute walk. Very dog friendly.

Very few touring vans, mostly unoccupied caravans
Having to pay for WiFi is not normal practice now. I had absolutely no signal on O2. Partners on Vodafone was ok.

Syntes om Noting, noting is maintained and youll spend your day away from the place as much as possible

Syntes ikke om The showers are disgustingly dirty. Mould all over the walls the rotten timbers. You cant adjust the temperature to suit a baby. The people at the front desk are zero help. I was basically told your screwed when trying to organise an alternative way into tenby for an event I was competing in.
The road in and out of the place is covered in potholes (on the campsite land). It will take you 10 minutes just to get to the pitches with all the holes.
The people at the front desk are hungry for money once you pay thats when the friendly tone stops. They have your money and dont care about the rest.
The wifi is non existent
Youll be kept awake but a major woodland disco on Saturday nights.

we are sorry your stay with us did not meet your expectations. I think your score of 1 is a little harsh as the toilets although dated are not dirty and there is no mould. The toilet block gets cleaned at least 3 times a day and when the weather is wet they get cleaned throughout the day as well. When guests make their booking a information pdf is sent out along with the guest policy, on the information you were sent it clearly tells you the date of the Iron Man weekend and that a lot of roads are closed for this event, it is not down to the campsite to make your arrangements to get too and from this event, we also have bus timetable's etc in the information room which are there for all to see. The temperature in the disabled / family shower can be adjusted by using the handle to either lower or higher the temperature. WIFI is also explained to our guest in the information which is sent out. At the time of your stay with us there was a festival which unfortunately we have no control over.

Syntes om Quiet campsite, camped close to the facilities, heated bathrooms which was appreciated in the cold wet weather.

Syntes ikke om Ground was very hard so struggled to get pegs in even with a mallet.

Syntes om A nice quiet site within easy traveling distance of Tenby

Syntes ikke om The toilets and shower block is in need of update or a refresh . They were clean but just felt grubby . We went to the shop to ask about buses to Tenby and the lady other than telling us the bus couple be caught from Manorbier couldn’t answer any other questions . We asked about the bus stop on the main road and she said she just kept saying that we had to go down to Manorbier which was over a mile away. On further research she was wrong . We felt that she had no interest in helping us !

you asked where you could get a bus from Manorbier to Tenby from which I informed you that you can catch the bus direct from the village of Manorbier to Tenby I also gave you a copy of the bus timetable, you were then asking about the Park and ride from Carew which is not local to our village which is why I gave you the bus time table, as it was the Iron Man weekend which all of our guests are informed of at the time of booking in the information which is sent out to you, it is up to you to decide if you read the information given or not it is also down to you to plan your trip and to do the relevant research for your journey

Syntes om Quite site on the whole but a bit to remote for our liking . Very little to do .

Syntes ikke om Toilet block very outdated .The separate showers very poor aswell other people on site wasn't using them aswell, so it wasn't just us. The pitches very steep slopes and required ramps to level
