Syntes om A lovely wee setting. cabin was just the right level of comfort with enough space to move about but small and cozy. Area is superb for walks (and the Alness parkrun).
Owner paul was very good with communication, the video on how to use the sof bed was vital.
We ended up in the crabbit cabin so obviously some sort of clairvoyance going on 🤣
Dog loved sniffing round and peering at a the animals from a distance.

Syntes ikke om Not a dislike really but microwave is the only non bbq cooking and plates etc are all enameled so its quite easy to get caught out with no real way to cook anything. Such a minor thing but worth noting when visiting. Obviously not a problem with bbq etc which we didn't use but looked absolutely perfect.

Syntes om The staff were super friendly and welcoming, the pod was clean and homely! The grounds were lovely and thought it was really nice having the animals on the land too!!

The welcome, felt instantly relaxed
The effort that has gone into the accommodation is on another level, each whisky barrel (tiny house) has its own name and a greeting card to welcome you there, just a lovely gesture from the owner.
Inside; super comfy bed with fresh linen; spotlessly clean wet room with a sink, shower and toilet, kettle with tea and coffee provided and a quirky night light, also a tv and a heater; outside seating and a fire pit.
Oh, there's a mini farm too, with chickens, goats and pigs.

Syntes om We stayed in the wee Nip whiskey pod which was unique and very well equipped with good use of space and facilities. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful. The grounds were beautiful and the breakfast provided was excellent.
