Syntes om Value for money, was shown were to park and hook up. Had water tap at side of pub, and toilets when pub was open. Pub was good enjoyed a meal and a drink in there.

Syntes om Lovely set up very relaxed and the meal we had was lovely the host was friendly
And it was perfectly located for a trip in to Bradford on Avon

But it would not put us off staying again

Syntes om We have been before so knew the welcome would be great. The pub opens at 17:30. Food and drink was amazing. Staff attentive and wonderful. Loos open in the morning at 9:00 for you bits before you leave. Nice to have a pub stop with loos water and hook up. Your 30 feet from the pub entrance and the car park is empty by 21:30

We would just like to clarify that all the information about our site and facilities is clearly provided in the description before booking, including the toilet opening times and the fact that we do not have showers on site. These details are also reflected in the price we charge.

We therefore find it a little disappointing that you chose to leave us a negative review based on facilities and information that were clearly available to you before making your booking.

We always appreciate genuine feedback and are happy to hear about areas where we can improve, but we also feel it is important that reviews fairly reflect what was advertised and what guests were aware of before arriving.

Syntes om Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent meal. Arranged for pub toilets to be open early in the morning. On a busy road but noise didn't disturb us

Syntes om Lovely pub , food looked fantastic although we did not eat , nice well kept pint of bitter and cider , good location and very good value

Syntes ikke om Only downside was we were told that the door to the pub toilets would be opened at around 930am , but dispute trying the door between 9:20am and 10:30am it was never opened , the non hook up parking is just in the pub car park , the dedicated camper van parking is at the front and actualy closer to the road

Fra bestyreren: Thank you very much for your feedback, and I’m sorry for the confusion regarding the toilet access.

Just to clarify, the door to the pub toilets was open from 9:00am. It can be quite stiff, so it does need to be pushed a little harder to open. We apologise if this wasn’t clear at the time.

Regarding the campervan parking, both the electric hook-up and non-hook-up spaces are located at the front of the pub. However, we always give our guests the option to choose a quieter spot if they prefer to be away from the road .
We really appreciate you bringing this to our attention, as feedback like this helps us make sure the information we provide to guests is as clear as possible.

Syntes om Very good for overnight stop on my way down to Cornwall, nice food, friendly staff and felt safe in the carpark
