We're pleased you enjoyed the location, although we're sorry to hear some aspects of your stay didn't meet your expectations. We would like to highlight that you booked during our 3 for 2 offer, meaning one night of your stay was free. This brought the cost of your fully serviced hardstanding pitch down to just £22 per night, with some electric credit included. Yet, disappointingly we received a low score for value for money! We appreciate that during the autumn months, with cooler temperatures, heating is used more frequently and electric credit can understandably run down quicker. We recommend using gas heating, or a combination of gas and electric, to help make your included credit last longer. We have taken on board your comments regarding the shower block and the facilities in the gents' toilets, and appreciate you bringing these to our attention. Thank you again for your feedback.
