Líbí se ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Fantastic Campsite – Even During Storm Austen!
We had a fantastic one-night stay at Stonehenge Campsite, and what a memorable one it was! We stayed during Storm Austen, so the weather was certainly wet and windy, but that didn’t spoil our experience one bit. In fact, we loved every minute of it! 🌧️🚐
The campsite was amazing, spotlessly clean and really well maintained, with lovely, friendly staff who made us feel very welcome. The whole site had a great atmosphere, and we couldn’t fault it.
We also enjoyed the walk to the local pub, The Boot Inn, which was a lovely addition to our stay. Despite the challenging weather, we even managed to enjoy a campfire in the rain before retreating to our cosy van for a snug and relaxing evening. 🔥❤️
A huge thank you to the team for providing such a lovely campsite and making our stay so enjoyable, even in the middle of Storm Austen!
We would happily recommend Stonehenge Campsite to anyone looking for a fantastic place to stay, whether you're in a tent or a campervan. We’ll definitely be keeping it in mind for future adventures.
Five stars from us! Great facilities, friendly staff and wonderful memories, whatever the weather throws at you. We’ll be back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Fantastic little campsite – we’ll definitely be back!
We recently spent one night at Peacock’s Farm in Thakeham with our VW T6 campervan, Alan, and absolutely loved it.
The site has a really relaxed, natural feel to it. The layout and spacious pitches make it feel almost like wild camping, which is exactly what we were looking for. It’s peaceful, quiet and a great place to switch off and get away from everyday life.
The facilities are basic but very clean and perfectly adequate for what we needed.
We also had a lovely chat with the owner, Paul, who was really helpful and came across as a genuinely nice chap. It’s always great to meet an owner who is friendly and welcoming.
The location is also ideal for a walk to the local pub, The White Lion, where we enjoyed a few pints before heading back to the van for a beer by the fire and a bit of cooking in the dark! 🍺🔥😂
We had a brilliant, relaxing night without the children and couldn’t have asked for much more.
We absolutely loved Peacock’s Farm and will most certainly be back. Highly recommended! 🚐🔥🍺
