Nelíbí se Front of house was under staffed, so the customer service was poor. When I got there , they couldn’t find my booking even thought they had emailed me a reminder the day before, that I showed them. Booking was incorrect. You cannot leave until 6am, when I asked if I could leave at 5.45am to get my tunnel crossing, I was told NO firmly and that I had to park my van in the car park. Food and service were poor quality, only acceptable if you are partial to a frozen battered fish and having tartare sauce thrown at you. There was no toilet paper in the toilets and the water was cold in the showers. I will definitely not be back.

Od správce: Good morning, thank you for your review. I am surprised we couldn't find your booking, because with pitchup the booking is directly integrated to our system. The booking couldn't be incorrect as the booking is done by you on pitchup. So i don't understand what you are talking about. I don't think the tartare sauce was thrown at you. The general conditions of sale into pitchup says there are no driving vehicules between 10 pm and 6 am. You asked about leaving the site earlier at 5:30 am, it was 9 pm. Even if you were told when you arrived that the gate would be closed at 6 am. I understand you could be upset about it, at least a chance you realized you wanted to leave early before the restaurant is closed. When people come on the site they are happy when the calm is respected. When we were told the was no more toilet paper, we replaced it right away. I will check the heat of the water, but after 9 pm, the water is a little more cold, even very early on the morning, at it written on the board next to the toilets. There is a panel at the entrance on which is it written that the reception is at the bar. Sorry you had a bad experience.

Líbí se Excellent site, walking distance to Bayeux town, very clean with good facilities. Free entry to pool next door which was delightful. Good location for exploring the d day beaches and memorials.

Nelíbí se Low rampage on site which meant that the electricity kept blowing

Líbí se Good location near the Seine. Pitches are a good size and private.

Nelíbí se Pool not open as advertised, water was tepid for showers and washing dishes.

Nelíbí se Advertised as a grassy pitch, no grass had ever been on the pitch we had. Narrow bridge to negotiate before getting to the site, not ideal for large campers and motor homes

Nelíbí se Pitch was booked as a grassy pitch , it was cobbles so couldn’t put up awning. There were no grass pitches. The site is in an industrial part of Toulouse, not a great area

Nelíbí se No one in reception on arrival and no answer to the phone call. Shower facilities and toilets were disgusting, filthy and had not been cleaned for a long time. Door did not lock on the disabled toilet. No facilities on site as described on the website. This site need to be removed from pitch up

Líbí se Excellent welcome at reception. Beautiful location near the Seine. The pitch had running water and electricity, the showers were clean with plenty of hot water. Pool was a welcome extra. Will definitely visit again
