You can get to the town within 5 minutes by car or you catch the T4 bus near the entrance to the site. Ystradfellte Waterfalls are A MUST SEE! Amazing breathtaking views just 30 minutes car journey from the Grawen. It is incredibly popular for walkers as there are many walks including a footpath that passes behind one of the waterfalls. Pen Y Fan is the second highest peak in Wales and the highest in the Brecon Beacons National Park. Storey Arms is just a 10 minute drive from the campsite where you can start your picturesque walk. Cyfarthfa Castle Museum and Art Gallery is just 5 minutes from the site. Within the grounds is a miniature steam railway, fishing lake, children's play area and hosts events throughout the year.
