Líbí se Wold Meadow is a Gem, Beautiful scenery specially watching the sun go down while in the hot tub.The yurts are well equipped, spacious and comfortable. The individual shower units are clean and tidy and a welcome relief. The shared kitchen unit is very well equipped. The welcome pack is a nice added touch I would recommend Wold Meadow for anyone looking for peace and tranquility

Líbí se Greeted on arrival and shown where things are and how to heat up hot tub. Complimentary items were a lovely touch enjoyed the Prosecco and treats. Lots of things have been well thought out here - from a fully equipped kitchen too all the little things like umbrellas, hot water bottles and blankets

Nelíbí se Flys, maybe a magnetic fly screen that attached to door would be a good idea.

Eye mask is also a must

We are really glad you enjoyed your stay with us, and that you liked the extras. We are sorry that the flies were a problem for you unfortunately because we are quite rural we do get them, as our doors are arched at the top we cannot get fly screens to fit, we have tried. Eye masks could be useful for some guests although when we did supply them not many actually wore them which is why we stopped providing them.

Líbí se We liked everything. We had a wonderful time from start to finish. The owners had thought of everything we could needed and wanted and more. The owners greeted us and explained everything about the place how everything works. We will definitely be back, we had the most relax time on any trip we have been on.

Nelíbí se That we hadn’t booked a longer stay. We booked 3 nights but should have booked 5 nights.

Líbí se WOW, we LOVED EVERYTHING !! From the reception, the grounds, the Yurts, the amenities, Jayne and Graeme, the added extras like cakes, prosecco, coffee, tea and biscuits, the hottub, the supplied wood the private bathrooms, the decor in the yurts, the dressing gowns. This is truly the most beautiful relaxing and tranquil place to stay in the gorgeous area of East Yorkshire ....... we'll definitely be back and be spreading the word !

Nelíbí se We didn't dislike like Anything, a small thing to add would be a little bolt lock on the back of the bathroom door ........ as a middle aged woman when desperate getting the key in the door to close it was quite funny !

The owners are amazing and so lovely and friendly- gave helpful local information!
The yurts was absolutely beautiful, clean and comfortable- anything you needed it was there!

Líbí se Fabulous idea to offer individual bathrooms and this was a big hit with us. The site is very well kept and the views are amazing. The hot tub was a fabulous hit also.

Nelíbí se We were all very upset with the way Graham treat our mother and it made us all feel very uncomfortable throughout thereafter. We also had been kept awake the entire first night, which although was not at the fault of the owner, no communication was made with us until late evening the next day regarding the ongoing fire alarm that had been sounding for 7 hours.

We're really sorry the smoke alarm caused disruption during your first night. As soon as we were aware of the issue early that morning, we resolved it promptly and took steps to prevent it happening again.
We're also sorry to hear the initial interaction with Graham left you feeling uncomfortable. That certainly was not our intention, and we're sorry if to came across that way. We always try to treat every guest with care and respect.

Nelíbí se I booked the bell tent but when I looked around the tent the woven floor smelt of dog wee and there was no log burner the owners couldn't meet us till five which was not a problem so we messaged them asking could we move to a yurt to which they said yes but when the owner turned up the was no introduction he just went into a rant saying why do you want to move surly you saw the pictures on line other people love it here and proceeded to throw the wood logs out the door and other things so I said to him if its a problem we wont move. I was so upset there where three available yurts. The yurts are freezing at night if you put the log burner on its unbearable when you close the door plus you cant keep it lit all night there is a small fan heater but it does not keep it warm so take plenty of blankets we didn't sleep it was so cold.

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts. We're really pleased you enjoyed the beautiful surroundings, your private bathroom and the breakfast- we're proud of of the little touches that make it special.
We're genuinely sorry to hear other aspects of your stay didn't meet your expectations. We always want our guests to feel relaxed and well looked after, so its upsetting to hear otherwise and we're truly sorry for that.
Just too clarify for anyone reading: our bell tent does not have a log burner, and this is clearly stated on our booking information. The coir matting is part of the natural setting, the damp patch on the tent floor was caused by water being spilled, not a pet accident, whilst we do welcome dogs in our bell tent, we always ensure the space is thoroughly cleaned and fresh for each new guest.
Our yurts are traditional canvas structures and while we do our best to keep them cosy with log burners, fan heaters, hot water bottles, throws and blankets, they can feel cooler at night especially in the early spring and late autumn, if you do feel the cold maybe bring some extra layers with you.

Líbí se Friendly park owners who were really helpful and responsive to our requests for logs. Yurts were warm, cozy with plenty of space and amenities. Kitchen area was lovely to meet people and the clean air fryer a big bonus with complimentary liners. Great to have a full sized fridge freezer for ice and milk too. Very peaceful just what we wanted. Prosecco a lovely touch plus the cakes and biscuits really made us feel welcome.
