How well occupied your offspring will be here. The East Netherlands and Overijssel province park of Camping 't Veld is a family site, set up for kids of all ages to have plenty to do all day long, indoors, out of doors, under their own steam or with the able assistance of site mascots Vic, Vos and Vinnie.
Kids can join in with summer activities led by these three aforementioned, race around the huge three-storey indoor playground or have a dip either in the indoor pool or the outdoor one set beside the restaurant terrace. All pitching areas are car free and all have playground equipment.
And then... there's a beach too. Camping 't Veld is edged by a lake with a sandy beach, for sunbathing, boating and canoeing (please note that swimming is not allowed in the lake). Guests can also fish in the lake with no licence required: perhaps the perfect time to teach tiddlers how to cast off...
Camping 't Veld's small setting is carefully managed to ensure a relaxed and peaceful time for all (especially if the kids are occupied with activities). If you seek yet more serenity (perhaps while the kids are occupied with activities), massages can be arranged for guests too.
The shop sells freshly baked bread, newspapers, camping supplies, toys and essential groceries. For more supplies, local town Rheeze is just over a kilometre away.

Els menors de 18 anys han d'estar acompanyats pels pares o tutors legals.- No es poden fer servir targetes de descompte ni targetes de regal per efectuar reserves a través de Pitchup.com.
- Les activitats i l'entreteniment estan disponibles del 21/07 al 17/08.
- No s'admeten gossos de races/híbrids que figurin a la legislació de gossos potencialment perillosos al càmping.
- El càmping només admet reserves de famílies (parents pròxims) i parelles. Es refusaran les reserves de qualsevol altre tipus de grup.
- No s'accepten reserves per a comiats de solter o soltera a través de Pitchup.com.
- La piscina coberta està oberta del 07/04 al 28/09
- No hi ha ningú a recepció després de les 17:00. Si creieu que arribareu més tard, aviseu el càmping per tal que l'equip us pugui proporcionar la informació necessària sobre la vostra unitat/parcel·la.
- No s'admeten vehicles comercials (vehicles utilitzats amb motiu de feina o per transportar mercaderies o passatgers) ni vehicles amb propaganda al càmping.

You and the offspring will be well occupied without having to leave the grounds, as a fishing and rowing lake with a sandy beach is behind the site. Hiking, cycling and mountain biking trails are all around the surrounding forests too; ask at reception for details of local routes.
Elsewhere around, it's about 10 minutes' drive from the site to Hardenberg, where there are a good handful of cycling paths around the town as well as a two-kilometre ride to the Oldemeijer, a pond with beach in Hardenberg forest. Canoeing, sailing and fishing are all popular around the Vecht, the Netherlands part of the Rhine running from Utrecht to Muiden.
Have a city day in municipality capital Ommen, 20 minutes' drive away, where sights to see include the tin figurine museum and the estates of Vilsteren and Eerde castles. The Pieterpad walking route, the most hiked in the Netherlands, passes through Ommen on its 498-kilometre run from Pieterburen to the top of Mount Saint Peter just south of Maastricht.
