On-site accommodation

Admission

• All guests spending the night at the park must present their ID at the reception desk and sign registration forms.
• Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

Changes to your holiday

• Bookings cannot be amended within 10 day(s) of arrival.
• Modifications are subject to a €25.00 (£21.77) fee.

General

• Bookings are nominative and non-transferable.
• Discount cards and gift vouchers cannot be applied to bookings made via Pitchup.com.
• In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.
• Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and boots must be closed quietly.
• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.

Hired accommodation

• Hired accommodation: €100.00 (£87.08) damage/cleanliness/bracelet deposit is required on arrival and will be refunded on departure after inspection of your unit should no damage/losses be found.
• Your unit must be left clean and tidy; a fine of €52.50 (£45.72) will be charged for unclean units upon departure.

Occupancy

• No hen/stag parties permitted via Pitchup.com.
• The site caters for families (immediate members) and couples only - bookings from all other forms of groups are not accepted.

Pool

• The outdoor swimming pool is open between 15/06 and 31/08 (subject to weather conditions).

Reception

• Reception is open from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. between 15/06 and 04/09.

Safety

• Firearms are not permitted.

Vehicles

• No cars/motorbikes by the pitch/unit. All cars must be parked in the designated area.

Visitors

• Visitors’ cars are not permitted on site.
• Visitors must register at reception and pay their fee.
