  • Family-run pop-up campsite in the Dorset countryside
  • On the outskirts of Wimborne; 20 minutes' drive from Poole
  • Right next to a 50-acre dog-friendly field for walking
Camping in Colehill is an eight-acre wild pitching field on the edge of the market town of Wimborne, Dorset. This family-run pop-up site is geared towards peaceful family groups and quiet stays close to the start of the South West Coast Path. Camping in Colehill is also within half an hour's drive of the New Forest National Park, so there's plenty of scope for outdoorsy explores in this part of the world. With simple facilities like portable toilets and a washing-up area, the set-up here is simple, but lots of off-site amenities are available within easy walking distance in town, where there is a quality selection of shops, restaurants and pubs to explore. The site is right next door to a 50-acre dog-friendly field where you can go to stretch your legs; there's also a kids' playground here where the young ones can blow off steam.
