Terms and conditions

Please read the park terms and conditions below and the Pitchup.com terms and conditions.

Camping and Caravanning Club membership is not a requirement.

We reserve the right to ask you to leave if the behaviour of any member of your party is unacceptable. No refund will be offered.

You must vacate by 12.00 am on the day of departure and leave the pitch in a clean and tidy state.

It is your responsibility to ensure that you can fit both your vehicle and unit on the pitch allocated to you. If you decide to bring extras, these must fit within the pitch.

We do not allow tents over 7m x 6m in a single pitch.

We ask that you take care of the pitch while you are our guest. If your ground sheet is not breathable please lift it every day. If you stay for more than 7 nights please move your tent/caravan to another area of the pitch in order to reduce wear and tear on the ground.

Do not pour hot water onto the grass.

Open fires and ground level barbecues are not permitted. Bricks for barbecues to prevent grass damage are available to borrow (please ask a member of staff). The use of generators is not permitted on site. Cutting or damaging trees and other vegetation is strictly prohibited and the natural conditions are not to be disturbed.

You must pitch as directed by the ground staff, not encroach upon any other pitches and consider fire risk limitation, safety and access. If you pitch outside the boundaries of your pitch or your unit is judged to pose a risk to the safety and comfort of others you will be asked to move.

We are not able to accept bookings from single sex parties of more than 5 or from unaccompanied persons under the age of 18. If we see a group forming, we will ask you to leave and no refund will be offered.

We regret that the weather is not in our control and we cannot refund bookings due to adverse weather conditions.

We do not allow commercial vehicles on site.

We try to accommodate your needs but we cannot guarantee a specific pitch.

Some amenities may be restricted according to demand at the beginning and end or the season, this includes the on site shop

American Diner is shut until further notice.

You must ensure children in your party are properly supervised at all times, in all areas of the park, including the play area. Children may play on the sports pitch. The wooden play area is for under-elevens only. We ask that unaccompanied children do not wander around other areas of the farm.

The sports pitch must be vacated by 9pm and that noise is kept to a minimum after this time. Please ensure that there is no noise after 10.30pm.

Dogs must be on a lead and not left unattended. Dogs are not allowed in the fields, on the sports pitch or the playground, in the pod area or cottage gardens. Dog’s fouling must be cleaned up immediately and disposed of. Failure to do so will result in your party being asked to leave the farm.

Bins are provided for your day-to-day rubbish. Please do not use them to leave broken equipment, groundsheets, surfboards etc or you incur a £50 fine.

If there is a problem or complain please notify us immediately, so we may have the opportunity to rectify issues. We cannot accept liability in relation to any claim of whatever nature if you fail to notify us within seven days from the end of your stay.

We have facilities for biodegradable toilet chemicals. Unfortunately we are unable to dispose of blue chemicals.

The Company and its employees accept no liability for any accident, injury, loss or damage to any persons or property occupying or using any part of the park, however caused. Any person in breach of the booking conditions or park rules, may, at the discretion of the management, be asked to leave. No refund will be given. Any person causing offence to other guests at the park may, at the discretion of the management, be asked to leave. No refund will be given.
