The Royal Oak Overview
We warmly welcome you to The Royal Oak, a charming country pub and the perfect base for exploring the delights of the southern Peak District. Eat, Drink be Merry and Stay! At our refurbished Bunk Barn accommodation in an original stone barn or on our informal family friendly Campsite with our traditional Peak District country pub on site. The Royal Oak camping grounds are situated to the rear of the pub. The picturesque campsite has up to 40 pitches on two levels with direct access to the Tissington and High Peak Trail. Access to the camping field is via a standard five bar gate. The Campsite has separate male and female toilets each with hot showers which were refurbished in 2009 and there are outside washing up facilities (shared with the Bunk Barn) - please note there is no electric hook up.
