不喜欢 It’s in a pub car park which isn’t explained. It’s hard to find because the postcode isn’t where the pub is. The ‘customer service’ is a joke. WiFi doesn’t work. No paper towels or loo roll in the toilets. Hard standing doesn’t come with any grass area to sit. Staff are rude.

Firstly, our campsite is not located in the pub car park. The pitches are situated in a private camping area behind the pub and separate from the customer car park, something that is clearly shown within our listing and photographs. We also note your comments regarding finding the site. The location details provided on the booking are correct, and we're always happy to assist guests by telephone should they have any difficulty locating us. During your stay, no concerns regarding the Wi-Fi, facilities or customer service were raised with us, which is always disappointing as we would have welcomed the opportunity to resolve any genuine issues immediately. We take great pride in maintaining our facilities and providing friendly service, which is reflected in the many positive reviews we've received from guests who have stayed with us.
