喜欢 Amazing location for us but a little remote if not willing to drive 20 mins to Ruthin. Sheeps & Lambs on site (Fenced off) with Chickens joining us for supper and just roaming freely. Beautiful Pub and Beer garden. Food was to die for. Stream located next to the pub/ campsite was great for launching my Kayak. not a massive body of water but enough to just float around and relax. Fantastic Host who was so helpful with a log order mix up and insisted on helping us have a great experience and evening even though he was struggling with a serious injury he had picked up the evening before.

不喜欢 we stayed in the meadow field and due to the farm animals present (we loved this) the Mosquitoes and Midgies were close to unbearable however, i can not put any of that on the Host or the location, that’s just down to the Nature of things, all i can say is make sure you pack Replant or have clothing to cover bare skin. No Toilet on the Meadow Field. It would be a great addition for the 2am Toilet trek for us ageing travellers.

喜欢 Everything was perfect. The pitch was easy to locate, it was clean, quiet and surrounded by beautiful landscapes and farmland. Facilities were basic say but spotless and well maintained from Shower to toilet and cover everything you could possibly need. (full toilet, not compost). Sian & Steve (Hosts) were attending a wedding on the day but still made every effort to contact us before arrival with instructions and even took the time to come away from the event to see how we had settled in and brought us 2 incredible homemade Cupcakes, which went down lovely whilst watching the sunset with a nice Cider for myself a tea for the wife. Incredible Hosts. Me and My Wife have already expressed our love for the place and will be back many times in the future.
