来自经理: We are so sorry you didn't enjoy your stay. i know you only booked last minute for one night but we do like to make every stay enjoyable. You did book what is heavily advertised as an "Almost Wild Camping" pitch The pitches are not mowed at this time of year(I suspect you're not familiar with "no mow May") to encourage a diversity of plant and insect life. On the other hand the kitchen sink area I think you are referring to was checked shortly before you arrived in the evening. Given you left early in the morning it was checked and cleaned shortly after you left. As you know we encourage campers to keep this area clean , but we will endeavour to ensure the area is checked late evening as well. If you would like a refund do not hesitate to contact us asap or we can offer you free camping on a return visit. Thank you for your honest and frank review. Tim
