喜欢 Cleanliness of site.

不喜欢 Very unwelcoming staff at reception, 21:30 knocked at our door telling us that our van was parked the wrong way round, requesting we move it immediately, we remained within our designated area. Would not revisit this soulless site again and would not recommend it to anyone due to staff attitude towards visitors.

Regarding your vehicle, we do ask all guests to park in the correct orientation in accordance with our site layout and licensing requirements. These rules are in place for everyone's safety, comfort, and to ensure the required spacing between units is maintained. They apply equally to all guests, and whilst we appreciate that being asked to move your vehicle was inconvenient, it was necessary to ensure the park remained compliant and safe for everyone. I also believe I came to see you the following morning, and we had a good chat about your concerns. During that conversation, I offered to move you to an alternative pitch that I felt would better suit your needs so that you could enjoy the rest of your holiday. We always try to resolve any issues during our guests' stay wherever possible and are happy to help if concerns are brought to our attention. We're sorry that you felt this experience detracted from your stay, as it was certainly never our intention.
