喜欢 Location - this is definitely what you pay for. 10 minutes walk to the beach and you can walk to sherringham also.

不喜欢 The cleanliness (or lack of cleanliness) of the toilet and shower block. Even when the cleaner had finished it still looked the same - toilets not scrubbed, sinks dirty...mop bucket with dirty water in that never moved for entire stay. No smell of bleach or cleaning products, cobwebs present so would assume cleaning is a longstanding issue.
