喜欢 The campsite was spacious, and there was a real family vibe when we arrived. There was lots of space for our son to play and ride his bike. We felt safe letting him go to the play area on his own, and had a lot of fun playing on the tyre swing. Everyone followed the rules of being quiet after dark, and it made the whole experience very welcoming. The campsite was busy without being overcrowded.

不喜欢 The shower temperature could not be changed, and it was too hot for my son to use.

喜欢 An amazing site with friendly staff. Well looked after, quiet and not too big. Right next to the railway line so we could wave at the trains going past. Composting toilets: clean and well looked after, people followed the rules, they did not smell the way chemical toilets can, they only smelled like the wood they were built of. The showers are powerful and hot and have plenty of space. There are plenty of cold water taps around the site, and cold water washing up at the top of the hill. It is on a hill, but there are plenty of flat spaces to choose from! The snack shack is reasonably priced for a campsite, and there is a small honesty shop with jams and eggs plus some gifts.
