不喜欢 We were extremely disappointed with our stay at this campsite and would not recommend it to anyone. From the beginning, the facilities were far below basic standards, and the hygiene of the toilets was appalling. The composting toilets were not properly maintained, with no flushing system and very poor sanitary conditions. After using them once, my wife unfortunately developed a health issue, which we strongly believe was linked to the lack of cleanliness. When we raised these concerns with staff, the response was unhelpful and dismissive. At first, we were told a refund would be given, but by the following morning, they changed their position completely. This kind of inconsistency and lack of responsibility is unacceptable. We also feel that the booking confirmation from Pitchup did not make it clear enough that the toilets were composting toilets. Important details like this should be highlighted upfront, not buried in long descriptions, so that families can make an informed choice. Overall, the facilities were unhygienic, the management unresponsive to genuine health and safety concerns, and the experience extremely disappointing. This was by far the worst campsite we have ever visited, and we left feeling let down and misled. If you would like to throw away your money, go to this campsite.

Had the listing been misleading, we would have waived our no-refund policy. Toilets are cleaned several times daily & consistently receive positive feedback. At the time of this stay, around 140 campers were onsite — none shared this viewpoint.
