The site was great. Friendly staff on arrival. Power showers. Large pitch with electric for a good price. Swimming pool on site that is heated (can’t comment on how good it is as we didn’t use it). A board outside reception that is updated every few days with the weather and suggestions on things going on in the area. Very clean and tidy site with excellent facilities. The closeness to Marazion meaning we could leave the car behind to go to the pub or get the bus around the coast. Would recommend the Kings Arms and the Fire Engine Inn! Make sure you book if you want to eat if you are going in the summer as they get busy and are quite small!

Having to pay for wifi (we didn’t as we had SOME signal) and the weather but you can’t control that!

We travelled from Manchester on a touring motorcycle with my wife we stayed for 12 nights. We loved that you are only a few hundred yards away from Marazion and the sea and St Michael's Mount is the first thing you see, the site is clean and tidy with an amazing indoor swimming pool and a well stocked shop on site. The toilets and showers are clean and the showers are free,there's a laundry room which takes pound coins 1 an hour I believe. We had electric hookup and there was around 20 spaces for electric

The electric pitch was on a slight slope and every morning I found myself rolled into my wife and very low down

it was quiet and peaceful, in easy walking distance of marazion, there was a bus that stop out side of the campsite that made it easy to get around if you did what to drive. the toilet block/washing area was clean every morning.

there was one toilet block/washing area for the whole campsite. the swimming was warm but small.

Welcome was warm and friendly. Very helpful on arrival, nice and relaxed to which we liked.

There is an information board with tide times, weather forecast, St. Michaels mount path opening times and plenty more. The pool looked brilliant, but we didn’t use it cos we weren’t down for a long time and we toured around.

We stayed in a tent. The meadow was lovely, you could see Buzzards, the stars at night, just generally nice scenery. Was lovely and quiet as well. The pitches are adequately sized and had electric hookup. The field was well kept, clean and tidy. The showers are natural rain ones, you don’t have to press a button or put pound coins in. Also the washing and washing room was great, you could comfortably & practically stay for a long time.

The location is great, you can walk in to Marazion in literally 10 minutes. The pubs were good, particularly the Fire Engine, and served nice food. Bit pricey on the drinks but the food was good value.

Lovely clean site with excellent facilities. Added advantage of having a heated indoor pool. Attractive with hanging baskets and flower tubs distributed around the site. Helpful staff who ordered a cream tea for us ( 4 scones Cornish cream and whole jar of jam) for £5.50.
