We are not friendly and cheerful in your opinion because you refuse to pay the correct amount also stated on your reservation conformation. You kept refusing our explanation and that makes us not cheerful or friendly??

I hereby copy your reservation conformation so we all can read that you are in the wrong and that is a disgrace that you refuse to pay 2euros more while it is clearly stated on your conformation.

喜欢 Big pitches and everyone was really spaced out on site. The campsite has lovely views around. Facilities were clean, great value for money!

喜欢 Small compact site close to Bastogne.
Very quiet overnight.

不喜欢 We were truly disappointed when we asked where to fill up the water tank of our motorhome. We had previously scoured the site for an appropriate tap.
We were told by the owner that he could fill us up for 5 euros!!!!
When you pay that much for a site you would expect water to be included in site fees. Disgusted. Won’t go back.

来自经理: Thank you that you appreciate the quiet overnight. When you use water at home is it free? In our more then fair overnight price is unlimited use of the showers so no timers or set temperature and also electricity is included in the price. What disgusting is, is that even with everything included you want still also want 200liters of fresh drinking water to refill your campervan. Thank you for your stay and understanding. 喜欢 Friendly owners, a good restaurant /bar where you can also order freshly baked bread and croissants for the morning. The pool was inviting but was a bit smaller than I expected. The showers were lovely and hot and the toilets were a bit dated but clean.

喜欢 Schöner Platz mit einfachen aber sauberen Sanitäreinrichtungen, Wlan und Warmwasser inclusive. Wir hatten nichts zu bemängeln.

喜欢 Bij aankomst werden we snel geholpen en stonden we snel op de plek met 16 amp,uitzicht was zeker mooi ,sanitair gebouw was wel verouderd en simpel maar het werk en was goed voor 1 nacht

不喜欢 Stond een grote boom vol met vliegen en wespen daar worden wij niet volijk van al kan de camping hier niks aan doen
